Island Fish-Shaped Pizzas
Kendeyl Johansen
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated pizza crust (make crust yourself if you have time)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup ham, cut into bite-sized chunks
Directions
Unroll dough and place onto a greased cookie sheet. Cut the dough into sections to divide among your kids. Using butter knives, help your kids cut each section into a fish shape (an oblong shape with an attached triangle for the tail). Always supervise knife use by children.
Spread pizza sauce onto the fish. Top with cheese, ham and pineapple chunks. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
Suggestions
Canadian bacon or pepperoni are good substitutes for the ham. Omit ham for a vegetarian pizza.
