Jack-O-Lantern Pizza
Kendeyl Johansen
A quick snack to make for your Halloween open house.
Ingredients
Precooked round pizza bread (like Boboli)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
Directions
Spread pizza sauce onto the bread. Top with pepperoni, reserving 15 to 20 slices for the jack-o-lantern's face. Sprinkle cheese over pepperoni to make an orange "pumpkin." Use the remaining pepperoni slices to top the cheese with a face. Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Suggestions
For appetizer-sized slices, cut the pizza into a grid, with three cuts vertically and two horizontally. This will divide the jack-o-lantern into 12 slices.
