Pizza Wrap

This recipe was a runner-up in our Back to School Recipe Contest!

1 flour tortilla
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Chopped basil
2 slices ham
3 slices cheese
Parmesan cheese

Spread the tortilla with the tomato paste, and sprinkle with the chopped basil. Top with the ham and cheese. Roll
up tightly and sprinkle with some grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees F for five to eight minutes or until cheese is melted. Slice and serve.

I usually make these for lunch for the younger children, and I make enough for the children to have as a snack right after
school.
