Tuna Treats

Total time = 30 minutes
Bake time = 15 minutes + Cool time = 15 minutes
Quick finger-food for children.

1 potato (about 8 oz.), peeled and cooked
2 Tbl. milk
2 Tbl. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dried-onion flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can (7 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 cup crushed butter-cracker crumbs

directions
Heat oven to 400 F. Mash potato with milk, mayonnaise, onion flakes and salt. Gently stir in tuna. Mold into 1 1/2" balls and roll in cracker crumbs to coat. Place on baking sheet or jelly-roll pan. Spray first with cooking spray. Bake 15 minutes or until heated through. Cool on baking sheet 15 minutes as they firm.
