Curry Tomato Gazpacho

Ingredients
2 cans tomato soup
1 medium onion, diced
Curry powder
Diced raw vegetables
Directions
Bring to the boiling point two cans of tomato soup, two cans of water, the onion and 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon curry powder (depending on your courage). Cool. Blend smooth. Chill.
Suggestions
Serve with a garnish of raw vegetables and croutons. Have olive oil, crusty bread and ice water on hand.
