Dump Soup
Saunja Carlson
This is so easy, fast and nutritious! I make it when we need a delicious, warm meal and don't have a lot of time.
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 can (26 ounces) tomato soup
1 can (30 ounces) kidney beans, drained
1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
1 can green beans, drained
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen corn
3 potatoes, peeled and diced
4 cups water
Directions
Brown the ground beef in a large soup pot and then dump everything in. Simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
