Green Beans with Sesame-Soy-Ginger Sauce

Recipe is from Peanut Butter Stew and Couscous, Too Quick, Healthy, Delicious Meals that Grown-Ups and Love


Ingredients

1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tsp. fresh minced ginger or a few shakes of ginger powder
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sugar
About 10 green beans per person

Directions

Wash and snap off ends of beans. Steam or boil about five minutes over medium-high heat until tender-crisp. Combine all remaining ingredients in large bowl. Toss mixture with string beans.

Suggestions

Serve hot or cold.
