Herbed Spinach Squares

Ingredients
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 cups cooked white rice
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup green onions
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground thyme
Directions
Combine the spinach, rice, cheese, eggs, milk, butter, salt, Worcestershire sauce and thyme in a bowl. Mix well. Pour into a 13x9-inch baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes. Uncover and bake five more minutes. Let cool slightly, then cut into squares.
Suggestions
These are great as a side dish, or as a vegetarian main course.
