Sweet Poppy Seed Dressing
Ingredients
1 cup Vitasoy Creamy Original Soymilk
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon orange zest
Directions
Mix together mustard and honey. Slowly blend in lemon juice and Vitasoy Creamy Original Soymilk. Blend in remaining ingredients.
Suggestions
Makes eight servings.
